OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
At Tramps The Store, we are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note for change of mind on most full price and reduced merchandise. The following change of mind timeframes apply:
- In-store: 14 days from date of purchase
- Online (Australia): 14 days from date of delivery
Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or credit note subject to the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.
- The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Refunds are not given for incorrect size choice or change of mind; please choose carefully.
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:
- Underwear and swimwear
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear are unable to be returned for change of mind.
Our Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund replacement. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Merchandise returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase.

You can return your purchase in TWO EASY WAYS:
In-store – You can bring your item and proof of purchase to any of our store located at 193 Crown Street, Wollongong NS 2500.
Monday – Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 09:00 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 04:00 p.m.
Sunday/ Public Holiday: 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Post Office – Take your parcel to any post office and return it using a trackable service. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. Please note, any items which are sent back to us are at the customer’s expense.

We can exchange or offer a credit note for any purchases made with PayPal. Simply contact us within 14 days to arrange your return.
*Please note that all return postage costs for change of mind and exchanges are at your own expense. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, Tramps The Store will refund all associated return packaging and postage costs.
Goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packaged securely and obtain tracking information when posting.

Conditions of Return
Our policy applies to purchases online.
We do not offer refunds, a credit note will be issued.
A credit note does not expire. It is non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed as cash, and cannot be used to purchase Tramps the Store Gift Vouchers.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Our online warehouse must receive your parcel within the 14 days from your delivery date. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
Item(s) must be in the original condition of purchase. Items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed .
Items(s) must be in their original packaging including attached swing tickets and labels.
Allow upto 5 days for our team to issue a credit
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges on SALE items
- We do not accept returns on jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
- We do not accept returns on swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
Please do not try on shoes on hard surfaces as we will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure you place the shoes in their original packaging.
Tramps the Store reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the conditions set out above. Any items returned to Tramps the Store without approval will be returned at the customers’ expense.

If your item has a minor fault, we will help organise a replacement or a repair. If the item is deemed to have a major faulty you have the option of a replacement, refund or credit note.
